A contract opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist specializing in teletherapy services within school settings, based in the Hyattsville, MD area. This full-time role requires providing virtual speech and language therapy services primarily within an elementary and middle school population, with caseloads varying and tailored to individual experience and comfort levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver remote speech-language pathology services to students in compliance with individualized education plans.
• Manage caseloads with attention to student needs, maintaining a maximum of 40 students at the elementary level and up to 57 at peak for middle school.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure therapy aligns with best practices and student goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in adherence to school district guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing communication with educational staff and families to support student progress.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Active licensure as an SLP in Maryland.
• Minimum of three years post-COVID virtual school-based speech therapy experience, with at least two years within the last five years.
• Familiarity with teletherapy technology and virtual service delivery.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must be located in the Eastern Standard Time zone.

Additional Requirements:

• Participation in prescreen and internal eligibility interviews.

This contract spans from late August 2026 through mid-June 2027, encompassing 35 hours per week with flexible scheduling considered based on availability.
