Duties

Directs and oversees a team of Human Resources Specialists and support staff providing compensation, payroll, and leave administration services to federal agencies.

Provides expert technical guidance and consultation on Federal pay setting, leave administration, work schedules, payroll processing, and compensation policies.

Leads business planning, strategic initiatives, and reimbursable service delivery efforts to support customer agency HR operations and organizational goals.

Establishes and maintains relationships with customer agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver effective HR shared services solutions.

Oversees budget, billing, pricing models, and resource allocation activities to ensure efficient operations and achievement of financial goals.

Collaborates with HRIT specialists and leadership to improve HR systems, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery capabilities.

Exercises full supervisory responsibilities, including workforce planning, performance management, employee development, and operational oversight.
