ER Productions is looking for a proven General Manager for our office in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent the PA office with leadership, accountability, and responsibility, making recommendations and providing solutions when facing challenges.
• Manage projects, budgets, and vendors in conjunction with the Las Vegas Office, following established project management practices.
• Create job quotes, negotiate pricing within set guidelines, and manage show budgets.
• Partner with clients and work with ER’s creative department developing visuals, designs, technical plans, and Production Packs for shows, tours, and installations.
• Attend show sites and be hands on with clients, producers, and technical teams as needed.
• Manage US technical teams, book, schedule, develop teams, and work with freelancers for shows and events.
• Partner with ER’s technical team to ensure events and shows are delivered with the highest standards, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Provide the highest standard in health and safety, informing clients and ensuring local compliance with storage,permitting, and warehouse operations.
• Build out the warehouse properly in liaison with the Operations Director.
• Prep and de-prep assigned jobs while properly packing, protecting, and securing equipment for safe transport.
• Maintain stock levels, prepare for upcoming shortages in advance, and assist with Pyro support and vendors in Pennsylvania.
• Align continuously with US and UK Operations Managers to ensure equipment transfers, purchases, sales, or discardings are properly documented in inventory using carnets and manifests as required.

Key Experience:

• Proven leadership experience in building, mentoring, and motivating teams of 5–15+ personnel, including full-time staff and freelance crews.
• Minimum of 5+ years of live entertainment industry experience, with a focus on live events, touring productions,concerts, or theatrical installations.
• Thorough knowledge and hands-on operational expertise in end-to-end Project Management and Warehouse Operations.
• Experience overseeing vendor management, technical staffing, and client-facing communication across live production environments.
• Full computer literacy, with the ability to use a diverse range of software and systems.
• Sound commercial awareness with an eye for cost efficiency, contract negotiation, resource allocation, and continuous warehouse improvement.
