Elizabethton Ford/CDJR is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our dealership operations in Elizabethton, TN. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive business growth, ensure top-notch customer service, and manage daily operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive dealership management and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and administration.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and increase profitability.
- Manage and motivate a diverse team to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and control expenses.
- Drive marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and sales growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role within automotive retail.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, including sales, service, and finance.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and develop actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated success in team building and staff development.
- Knowledge of local market and industry trends is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and a professional appearance.
