LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) Staff Nurse Full-Time and Part-Time Positions available

Avina of Pewaukee is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team. As a licensed practical nurse with us, you will work as part of a team providing skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation care to our residents.

Shift Opportunities:

Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
PM Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (+$3.00/hr. differential)
NOC Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (+$3.00/hr. differential)

Current Promotion:

If you sign up for a 1.0 master schedule- you will qualify for $40/hour!

What You'll Do:

Provide compassionate, hands-on care and administer medications
Monitor and advocate for residents' health and well-being
Communicate effectively with team members and other medical professionals during shift and shift report
Promote safety, dignity, and compliance with care standards

What You Bring:

Current Wisconsin LPN License
Current CPR Certification
Strong clinical skills with a compassionate, resident-centered focus
Team spirit, reliability, and excellent communication skills
