Childcare Policy Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a comprehensive childcare policy agenda, the full-time Childcare Policy Analyst will develop and implement research initiatives, produce policy communications, and manage partnerships related to childcare access, affordability, and quality in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of the childcare policy research agenda and advocacy portfolio Produce research, white papers, and policy communications on key childcare topics Manage programming, initiatives, and partnerships related to VPA priorities, including events and briefings Required qualifications An advanced degree in public policy, law, social work, education policy, or a related field is preferred Five years of experience in childcare, early childhood education, or related social policy areas is necessary Familiarity with federal and state childcare subsidy systems and early childhood workforce policy is preferred Demonstrated maturity, creativity, and initiative are necessary Ability to perform complex tasks and prioritize multiple projects is essential Virtual Vocations Inc
