Regional Director / General Manager, Great Lakes Southfiled, MI Location: Michigan, ideally Farmington Hills / Detroit area Work Model: Hybrid remote and in-person Reports to: Chief Operating Officer About CMC Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) brings dental, vision, podiatry, and audiology care directly to seniors where they receive care. We primarily partner with PACE organizations, while also serving senior care facilities across the country. Today, CMC serves hundreds of centers across 25 states. We are a family-founded company with a simple mission: provide excellent care, with dignity and respect, to people who can easily be overlooked by the traditional healthcare system. The Opportunity We are looking for a Regional Director / General Manager to lead our Great Lakes region , with Michigan at the center of the business today. This person will truly own the region. That includes operations, people, financial performance, growth, and most importantly, the success of our customers. You will be the senior relationship owner for our Michigan customers, building trusted partnerships with PACE and senior care leaders, understanding what matters to them, solving problems quickly, and finding opportunities to make the relationship stronger over time. You will also help lead the integration of our recently combined Michigan and CMC teams. The goal is not simply to bring Michigan into CMC. It is to take the best of both organizations and build something better together. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely, but being present matters. We strongly prefer someone who lives in Michigan, ideally near our Farmington Hills headquarters, and who enjoys spending time with customers and teams in the field. What You’ll Own Customer success: Own senior relationships with our Great Lakes customers and ensure CMC is delivering an exceptional experience Regional performance: Own operations, staffing, service delivery, KPIs, financial performance, and growth People: Lead and develop the Michigan team, creating clear expectations, accountability, and a strong culture Integration: Help bring the Michigan and CMC teams together across systems, processes, reporting, and ways of working Best practices: Identify what works best across both organizations and help those ideas travel in both directions Growth: Deepen existing partnerships, identify new opportunities, and help expand CMC throughout the Great Lakes region National impact: Help bring the things Michigan does exceptionally well to CMC markets across the country, including exploring opportunities such as wound care What Success Looks Like You will know you are succeeding when customers see you as a trusted partner, the regional team is engaged and performing well, clinics run reliably, and the Michigan business is growing. You will also help create a genuinely integrated team where the best ideas win. We want the Great Lakes region to become a model for how CMC builds great customer relationships, integrates teams, develops new capabilities, and grows markets. What You Bring 7+ years of leadership experience in operations, healthcare, multi-site services, or another operationally complex business Experience owning a market, region, business unit, or major customer relationship A strong customer mindset and ability to build trusted executive relationships Strong operational and financial judgment Experience leading and developing teams Comfort using data and KPIs to manage performance A willingness to get into the details and solve problems The ability to lead through change while respecting what already works Curiosity, humility, and an owner mentality Experience in PACE, senior care, healthcare services, mobile care, or multi-site operations is a strong plus. The Leader We’re Looking For We want someone who thinks like an owner and cares deeply about both customers and people. You should be equally comfortable sitting down with a PACE executive, working through a problem with a field team, reviewing the regional P&L, or figuring out how to make an operation work better.
