Job Summary

A growing legal team in Greenville, SC is seeking a Bilingual Paralegal to provide hands-on legal support, client communication, and case management assistance in a professional office environment. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys supporting attorneys while working directly with clients.

The Bilingual Paralegal will play an important role in helping cases move forward efficiently by organizing legal documents, coordinating deadlines, gathering client information, and supporting litigation, immigration, and/or real estate matters. This position offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule, a collaborative team setting, and the opportunity to grow within a legal organization that values professionalism, teamwork, accuracy, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist attorneys with day-to-day case management, client communication, document preparation, and legal administrative support.
- Prepare, organize, maintain, and update legal documents, case files, client records, correspondence, and supporting materials.
- Communicate professionally with clients in both English and Spanish to gather information, answer routine questions, and support case progress.
- Coordinate deadlines, appointments, hearings, filings, discovery requests, and other case-related activities.
- Conduct legal research, assist with document drafting, and communicate with courts, opposing counsel, government agencies, and other parties as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and organization across all client and case documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and education.
- Employment Type: Direct hire, full-time.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Location: Greenville, SC.
- Work environment: Professional, collaborative legal office with opportunities for growth.
