VOTS Training is looking for a confident B2B salesperson who knows how to start conversations, build trust, handle objections, follow up, and close organizational training sales.

\n

\n

This is not a lead-generation role.

\n

We already have the products, target markets, prospect lists, pricing, websites, demos, sales materials, and payment infrastructure.

\n

\n

What we need is someone who can talk to decision-makers and sell.

\n

What You’ll Sell\n

\n

VOTS Training develops applied digital training for defense, aerospace, federal contractors, suppliers, and other technical organizations.

\n

Current products include:

• AI management and decision-making training
\n
• AI governance and verification training
\n
• AI-agent management training
\n
• Lockheed Martin supplier-focused AI decision training
\n
• Interactive simulations, labs, assessments, and SCORM-based training packages
\n

\n

Typical organizational licenses start around $3,500 , with larger packages and licenses priced significantly higher.

What You Do\n

\n

Your job is to turn qualified prospects into customers.

\n

You will:

\n

\n
• Contact decision-makers from provided prospect lists
\n
• Conduct phone, email, LinkedIn, and/or virtual sales conversations
\n
• Clearly explain the business problem our training solves
\n
• Determine whether the organization is a qualified buyer
\n
• Present the appropriate training package
\n
• Handle questions and objections
\n
• Follow up consistently
\n
• Schedule demonstrations or sales calls when needed
\n
• Ask for the business
\n
• Move qualified opportunities toward a purchase
\n

\n

The founder will remain available for detailed product, technical, or subject-matter questions when needed.

\n

Who We Are Looking For\n

\n

This opportunity is best suited for someone who:

\n

\n
• Is comfortable speaking directly with managers, executives, and business owners
\n
• Has B2B sales or closing experience
\n
• Can sell through conversation rather than relying only on automated email
\n
• Is comfortable making outbound calls
\n
• Understands that professional follow-up is part of closing
\n
• Can communicate value clearly without sounding scripted
\n
• Is persistent without being aggressive
\n
• Can work independently
\n
• Is comfortable selling products in the $3,500+ range
\n
• Can learn enough about a technical product to have a credible business conversation
\n

\n

Experience selling training, SaaS, consulting, professional services, government contracting services, cybersecurity, AI, defense, aerospace, or other B2B solutions is especially useful.

\n

Compensation\n

\n

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based role with no base salary or hourly compensation. Compensation is 40% of collected revenue from sales attributed to you .

\n

Current organizational training packages begin at approximately $3,500 , with larger licensing packages available. VOTS Training provides the products, established pricing, sales materials, demonstrations, payment infrastructure, and targeted prospect lists. Your responsibility is to engage prospects, conduct sales conversations, follow up, and close qualified opportunities.
