A prominent global advertising and marketing agency known for its innovative campaigns and commitment to creative excellence is seeking an Entry Level Marketing Admin to join its team. The agency supports diverse clients across various industries and fosters a collaborative environment focused on professional growth and development.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22/hr - $25/hr

Position Overview:

The Entry Level Marketing Admin will support marketing campaigns and outreach efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and community engagement. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing while contributing to impactful projects and providing administrative support to the marketing department.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Marketing Admin:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for various initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department.
• Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks, including email inbox management, supply ordering, data entry, and filing.
• Edit content for social media, email, and web platforms.
• Support event promotion and community outreach activities.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain marketing databases and track engagement metrics.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure all communications align with organizational values.

Required Experience/Skills for the Entry Level Marketing Admin:

• Internship or entry-level experience in marketing, public relations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Entry Level Marketing Admin:

• Experience in marketing or community outreach.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Graphic design or content creation skills.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
