Growth Marketing Associate

STLabs is an AI service management platform that resolves employee requests end-to-end, grounded in a living model of the enterprise. This matters because we're able to resolve requests with full context - the people, systems, services, and policies that define how an organization actually runs. Requests that used to take days of back-and-forth resolve in minutes, right where employees already work. About the Role We're hiring a Growth Marketing Associate to be the execution engine behind our go-to-market. This is a generalist role for someone early in their career who wants range: you'll write the LinkedIn post, work the room at the field event you planned, build the landing page, and pull the numbers afterward — often in the same week. Our buyers are senior IT and service leaders (Heads of IT, Service Ops, CIOs) at large enterprises, and you'll help us reach them in ways that feel less like enterprise software marketing and more like something people actually want to read. You'll get direction on what matters; how it gets done is largely yours.

Responsibilities Write a high volume of original copy across LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and the website — and hold a consistent voice across all of it.

Own field marketing end to end: plan and run dinners, conferences, and customer events, from venue and invite list through follow-up.

Partner with sales on outbound and ABM campaigns, building the assets and sequences that warm target accounts ahead of first touch.

Learn the product deeply enough to explain it yourself, and turn what's technically hard about it into a story a CIO finds compelling.

Track what's working across every channel and campaign, and be honest about what isn't.

Kill underperforming ideas fast and reallocate — we'd rather run ten experiments than perfect one.

Qualifications 1–2 years in marketing, ideally including field marketing or demand generation at a B2B company.

A genuinely strong writer with range — you can move between a punchy social post and a longer technical narrative without losing the voice.

Personable and quick to connect. You can work a room at a customer dinner or conference booth, start a conversation with a stranger, and leave them wanting to talk to us again.

Exceptional attention to detail. Event logistics, campaign QA, and copy proofing all live with you.

Self-directed. You take an ambiguous goal and come back with work, not a list of questions.

Enough technical grounding — a CS or engineering background, technical coursework, or time at a technical company — to understand what we've built and tell that story credibly.

Analytical instincts: comfortable in a spreadsheet or dashboard, and able to reach a decision from the numbers.

Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities shift week to week.
