Growth Marketing Associate

Owning the CTV and Podcast channels, the full-time Growth Marketing Sr. Associate will manage agency relationships, lead performance-driven tests, and coordinate integrated media planning while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary owner for CTV and Podcast paid media, managing strategy, execution, and performance Act as the integrated planning coordinator across the paid marketing team, ensuring alignment and timely campaign launches Develop structured testing roadmaps and collaborate with Analytics to design and implement performance studies Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, specifically with CTV and/or Podcast campaigns Deep familiarity with the CTV ecosystem and experience managing Podcast media across various ad formats Demonstrated ability to manage agency relationships and drive performance accountability Strong analytical skills, with experience in designing and interpreting incrementality studies and performance reporting Proven project management skills, capable of maintaining workback schedules and aligning stakeholders Virtual Vocations Inc
