As a Sign Production Specialist at FASTSIGNS, you will be at the heart of our production operations. You will use your expertise to create high-quality signs and graphics that meet our clients' needs and expectations while maintaining our quality standards.

Key responsibilities include operating sign-making equipment, preparing substrates for vinyl application, assembling and installing signs, accurately following work orders, conducting quality checks, maintaining a clean work environment, collaborating with the team, assisting in inventory management, keeping abreast of industry trends, performing routine machine maintenance, serving as backup for graphic designer, adhering to company policies, practicing the brand mentality of "Everybody Sells," answering the phone, and understanding the sales process.

Qualifications include previous experience in sign production or a related field, proficiency with sign software, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent time management and organizational skills, strong communication skills, and physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and work on ladders or lifts as needed.

Typical physical demands include standing for long periods, lifting 50 or more pounds, leaning over a waist-high table, working under pressure, and using light power equipment.
