Our organization is currently in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become a part of our outstanding care team in Forest City, Iowa . This position provides immediate access to patient volumes, eliminating the need to establish a patient base! You will join a well-established practice and start making a difference from your very first day.

• Collaborate with a team of 4 Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNPs)
• Traditional outpatient family medicine with the option to include obstetrics

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• $150,000 Signing Bonus!
• Two-year income guarantee of $301,290 annually
• Relocation assistance up to $15,000
• 34 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) while on base; 40 days PTO based on production
