Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Platform Administrator / Developer to manage, maintain, and optimize our ServiceNow environment, with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow Discovery. The role involves ensuring the platform is stable, secure, and scalable while enabling automation and service delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with core ITSM modules, CMDB, Discovery, and platform performance management.
