Senior Account Executive

The ideal candidate will help drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of sales leads and helping create the market strategy. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for enterprise clients, manage existing key accounts, and contribute to market intelligence efforts in the intelligent hardware space. Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will help you succeed as a Senior Account Executive.

Responsibilities

  • Execute company sales targets and sales plans, including building a strong pipeline of prospective clients, relationship management, and ongoing account service.
  • Maintain and grow existing key accounts by building strong client relationships, uncovering customer needs, and delivering high-quality, timely service.
  • Develop a deep understanding of industry dynamics; coordinate internal resources to evaluate requirements and design tailored solution proposals that meet client needs.
  • Gather competitive intelligence and monitor market trends to inform sales strategy.
  • Track emerging application areas for our products and produce market research reports on potential opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above; engineering background preferred
  • 3–5 years in enterprise B2B sales, key account management, or business development
  • Proven track record hitting quota and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Prior experience selling into or working within robotics companies, embodied AI teams, smart manufacturing environments, or academic/research institutions preferred
  • Familiarity with data capture, labeling, or AI training workflows — enough to hold a credible technical conversation
  • Experience with consultative or solution-based selling rather than transactional product sales
  • Goal-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred
