Job Overview

As an Account Executive , you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving adoption of Flam’s platform. You will work closely with marketing, strategy, and product teams to deliver high-impact campaigns for leading brands.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Identify client needs and consultatively recommend Flam’s MR solutions.
  • Present campaign ideas and demos tailored to each client’s brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing, and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast revenue.
  • Educate prospects and clients on mixed reality, WebAR, and AI trends.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing—preferably in adtech, martech, SaaS, or digital media.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, brand marketing, and campaign metrics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and obsessed with solving customer problems.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AR, WebAR, or immersive tech.
