Founding Account Executive – Startups Segment

We’re looking for a high-energy Founding AE to join our Startups segment, a fast-paced, outbound-heavy motion where you’ll own revenue from day one.

This is not a role where you wait to close deals someday. You’ll be closing deals immediately, building your own pipeline, and shaping the future of our startup sales motion.

The Role

  • Manage inbound Startup leads (~30% of pipeline) and convert them quickly and effectively.
  • Self-source ~70% of your pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, working independently or paired with an SDR.
  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, and close.
  • Hit monthly quota targets consistently, with clear ramp milestones in your first 60 days.
  • Participate in daily call reviews, weekly coaching sessions, and regional deal syncs.
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene; your pipeline is your business.
  • Bring energy, ideas, and honest feedback to a team that moves fast and iterates constantly.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years in a customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company (Sales Account Executive).
  • Proven track record of hitting targets or top-of-funnel metrics in a structured environment.
  • Extremely high energy, you make the room (or the Zoom) better.
  • Coachable: you seek feedback, implement it quickly, and don’t take it personally.
  • Adaptable: you thrive in fast-changing environments.
  • Self-starter: disciplined, remote-ready, and managing your calendar like a closer.
  • Comfortable with fast sales cycles and high deal volume.
  • Clear, confident communication, written and spoken.
  • Revenue-focused mindset: you track progress weekly, not just quarterly.
