This role is ideal for a passionate SLP with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), ready to support students in achieving their communication goals and reaching their full potential.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Comfort with virtual documentation and digital IEP systems is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population
- Evaluate, assess, and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and execute Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student learning
- Maintain accurate progress notes, reports, and documentation as required by district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff consultations, and ongoing professional development
- Adapt interventions for a variety of learning needs and backgrounds
