Training ManagerNorthwest Ordinance Distillery (NOD) is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead learning and development initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for building and managing training programs that support employee development, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. The Training Manager will partner closely with operations leadership to identify skill gaps, develop structured learning programs, and foster a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement across the organization.What You'll DoDevelop and implement training programs that support operational performance, compliance, and employee developmentCreate and maintain structured training matrices, onboarding programs, and frontline development plansManage the Learning Management System (LMS), track training completion, and monitor training effectiveness metricsFacilitate leadership development, skills training, and workforce development initiatives across manufacturing teamsPartner with operations leadership to identify skill gaps and align training programs with business goalsQualifications/RequirementsRequired:Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred7+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or workforce developmentStrong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methodsExcellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skillsPreferred:Experience working in manufacturing, production, or CPG environmentsExperience with Alchemy LMS or similar learning management systemsBilingual in English and Spanish and/or certifications in training or instructional designCulture and BenefitsSazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
