As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Johnny Harvin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies.
• Track activity and report progress toward established objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Self-motivated
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
