Medical Director, Medical Affairs, Dermatology

Regeneron seeks a Medical Director for Medical Affairs in Dermatology to develop and execute global medical strategy for a key therapeutic asset. The role involves overseeing clinical data generation, leading cross-functional teams, and maintaining scientific rigor across medical activities and stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee global and US medical strategy including publications and expert collaborations
- Lead generation and dissemination of clinical data supporting medical strategy
- Partner across cross-functional teams to drive alignment on medical initiatives
- Cultivate relationships with clinical experts, professional societies, and advocacy groups
- Co-lead Phase 3b/4 clinical plans and oversee medical review of promotional materials
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent)
- Dermatology or allergy/immunology residency/fellowship training preferred
- 8+ years of medical or scientific experience in relevant field
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical and business discussions with diverse stakeholders
- Strong presentation and communication skills for senior management audiences
- Understanding of healthcare environment and external stakeholders
Compensation: $284,900-$385,700 base
