Canvas Health is seeking a Mobile Crisis Family Peer Specialist to provide non-clinical family peer support for youth aged 5–18 and their families in crisis settings. The role focuses on advocacy, coping skills, and connecting families with resources within the home, school, and community. The position is Onsite in Chaska, MN, part-time (20 hours/week), with a base hourly range and potential alignment with Mental Health Practitioner criteria at Level II.
