Medical Center is seeking an experienced BE/BC General Urologist to join its growing hospital‑owned practice just east of Fayetteville, NC.

• Full-time, hospital-employed position within an independently operated community hospital
• Robotic‑assistant surgery capabilities being implemented
• Solo practice with opportunity to grow and shape future program direction
• 4.5‑day clinic schedule:
  • Monday–Thursday: 8am–5pm
  • Friday: 8am–12pm
• Shared call rotation (1:4)
• Flexible OR access based on surgical volume and case mix
• Established regional referral pipeline from hospital‑employed primary care network
• Newly remodeled clinic space located adjacent to the hospital
• Dedicated nurse and receptionist support
• Potential for APP support as practice expands
• Close collaboration with surgery, hospitalist, and administrative leadership teams
• Clinical scope:
  • Broad‑based general urology
  • Kidney stone management
  • Bladder and kidney tumors
  • Incontinence treatment
  • Urinary infections
  • Prostate care

• Full complement of general urology procedural capabilities
