Assembly Operator

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembly Operator I workers for a plastics manufacturing company in Osceola, WI. In this role, youll help assemble high-quality plastic components into finished products while working in a team-oriented production environment. What Youll Do as an Assembly Operator:

• Assemble plastic parts using methods such as sonic welding, heat staking, gluing, and screw insertion
• Inspect, label, and package finished products to meet customer and quality standards
• Operate tools for basic processes such as sanding, routing, and punching
• Track production output and document scrap using daily logs and production sheets
• Report product defects or equipment issues to a supervisor
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following OSHA safety standards

What You Need to Bring to the Assembly Operator Role:

• Must have at least 6 months work experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• No assembly experience required will train the right candidates
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a 10-hour shift
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Must have basic math and communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, vibration, and exposure to machinery
• Reliable transportation to the Osceola, WI area
