Responsibilities Partner with employees and leaders to support employee relations, performance, and workplace culture Handle employee inquiries and investigations with discretion; support corrective actions with HR leadership Support recruiting efforts, staffing agency partnerships, interviews, and pre-hire assessments Lead onboarding and orientation for direct and temporary employees Administer benefits programs, leave management, and workers' compensation processes Maintain HR systems, personnel records, reports, and policy compliance Support safety initiatives and OSHA compliance Plan and assist with employee engagement activities Perform additional HR and administrative duties as needed Qualifications 3-5 years of proven human resources experience Industry experience in manufacturing is required Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred Job Details: Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Employment Type: Direct hire Compensation: $70,000-75,000 annually Location: Carrollton, TX 75006 If you meet the qualifications above and interested in this opportunity.
