JOB SUMMARY
The Party Coordinator manages the entire birthday party department. The ideal team member serves as the First Point of Contact, working with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other type of group. They also train party staff members and manage the birthday operations.YOU WILL BE GREAT IF…

At Urban Air, everyone matters and every position contributes to success. People are the most important asset. Ensure the party management system is followed. Exceed guests’ expectations. Show teamwork and support others. Strive for 100% guest satisfaction. Have full availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Represent the park with fun and energy when sharing indoor adventures with guests. Sell package options, follow up with guests to confirm satisfaction. Collaborate with leadership to drive financial results. Maintain a safe, well‑maintained, secure, and sanitary environment. Act as an owner, taking on additional duties as needed.WORKING ENVIRONMENT
