This position supports customer processing at the Driver License Center by checking identification, assisting with applications, and entering licensing information. As a Driver License Examiner Assistant, you will perform the following duties: Customer Greeting: Welcome customers and help them understand required steps for licensing services ID Verification: Review applicant identification to confirm authenticity and prevent fraud Test Administration: Give vision screenings and knowledge tests using approved tools and procedures Data Entry: Enter customer information, test results, and application details into online systems Service Guidance: Explain licensing options, REAL ID requirements, and related services Document Processing: Prepare letters, review forms, and ensure proper codes and procedures are used Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 40 hours/week Work hours are 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM, Tuesday - Saturday, with a 30-minute lunch. Overtime and travel to other driver license centers may be required as necessary. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year of experience obtaining, evaluating, and providing information to the public.
