As a Service Technician with Sequoia, your hands on work will be essential to the operation of a multi-million dollar property. You're the go-to person for maintenance. Whether it's fixing a basic electrical switch, repairing appliances, or patching drywall, you take pride in getting it done right. You love troubleshooting and fixing things. - Experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation
- Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, or groundskeeping
