Facilities Technician

As a Facilities Technician at Chapa‑De, you’ll keep our Auburn clinics running smoothly and looking their best, creating safe, welcoming spaces for patients, staff, and the community. Position Facilities Technician Hourly Pay $24.55‑$28.35 Schedule Sunday: 6:30 am‑3:30 pm Monday: 10:00 am‑7:00 pm Tuesday: 6:30 am‑3:30 pm Thursday: 6:30 am‑3:30 pm Benefits Employer‑paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents. 17 days PTO per year, 11 Paid Holidays, 8+ Sick Days (1 hour for every 30 hours worked). Retirement Plan with 6% match. Duties Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs across buildings, equipment, and systems, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general upkeep to ensure safe and efficient operations. Maintain the health, appearance, and functionality of all outdoor spaces, including irrigation systems, planting, pruning, fertilizing, weed control, and seasonal landscaping projects. Identify, report, and address safety hazards while maintaining accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections to support compliance and operational standards. Assist with furniture and equipment setup, clinic moves, and special events, supporting overall facility readiness, including seasonal preparation and upkeep of common areas and water features. Qualifications One (1) year experience in maintenance and grounds keeping. Must be able to identify plants, insects, and diseases. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry, as well as the use of common tools associated with these trades.
