Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Missouri
• Experience providing OT services in school-based settings preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to travel between multiple worksites (reliable transportation required)
• Commitment to delivering individualized therapy and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Up-to-date knowledge of best practices for therapy and school documentation

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver onsite occupational therapy sessions to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Document progress and communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Adapt interventions to fit varied learning environments and student requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student accommodations
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and school guidelines
