Supervising outside counsel in the management of complex litigation cases, the full-time remote Wisconsin Licensed Supervisory Attorney will analyze cases, oversee litigation processes, and conduct legal research while reporting to a senior manager in the litigation department. Key responsibilities: Handle litigation involving the corporation and its insured within established guidelines Oversee outside counsel throughout the litigation of complex claims and provide feedback on motions and briefs Stay current on state statutes and court decisions, analyzing their impact on policy provisions Required qualifications: Juris Doctor degree and admission to the state bar in the relevant jurisdiction Demonstrated litigation experience and knowledge of tort, contract, and insurance law Experience preparing civil pleadings, motions, and conducting depositions Solid understanding of the rules of Professional Responsibility Coverage experience preferred
