Report needs to the nursing supervisor Place phone calls to pharmacies to order prescriptions Pulls and prepares patient charts; performs other general office duties as required Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience preferred Must be licensed as an LPN/LVN, and must maintain current and unencumbered licensure Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
