Recruiting SpecialistWe're looking for a Recruiting Specialist who is equal parts talent scout, creative problem-solver, and strategic partner. This role goes beyond filling roles—you'll dig deep to understand what makes a great hire, uncover hidden talent in tough markets, and approach each search with curiosity and persistence. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions and help shape how we grow our teams.Our Benefits:$17 per hour + Monthly CommissionWeekly Pay! On-demand pay options through DailyPayComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits 401k program with company matchingPaid time off and holidaysPartial technology reimbursementScholarship opportunities for employees and familiesEmployee Assistance ProgramLeadership Development ProgramJob Description:Contribute to a positive candidate experience, manage candidate process and act as a candidate advocateSource passive/active, qualified, and diverse candidates through networking, postings, work force centers, etc.Review and screen candidatesConduct candidate interviews to determine position fitSchedule candidate interviews with the hiring managers according to their availabilityDisposition candidates based on hiring manager feedbackExtend verbal and system offers to initiate onboardingMonitor candidate journey through onboarding and intervene when/where necessaryMaintain excellent documentation within the applicant tracking systemContinuous follow-up with hiring managers to confirm staffing plans and candidate needsDevelop knowledge of assigned client(s) and local management to effectively target recruitment efforts in a cost effective and efficient mannerEnsure adherence to all equal employment opportunity lawsPerform all other duties as assignedPerformance Measurements:Recruiter MetricsPerformance and quality of hires as related to associate productivity and tenureManager satisfaction with candidate pool quality and supportDemonstrate effective and thorough knowledge of client(s)Professional and effective communication with external client(s), internal stakeholders and candidatesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred1 year relevant experience; recruiting, sourcing, customer service call centerPassion for improving candidate, hiring manager and recruiting team experienceAn uncommon balance of creativity and drive, along with interpersonal savvy and basic analyticsProven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficientlyWhat You Can Expect From 2020 Companies We welcome every voice, and we are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed, they are celebrated.
