Understanding employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence.Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees.Handles complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.Collaborates with the Front Office Manager on ways to continually improve departmental service.Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement.Serves as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.Sets a positive example for guest relations.Displays outstanding hospitality skills.Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.QualificationsPrior cash handling experience necessary.Minimum of 2 years previous hotel front office in a similar role.Excellent guest service, organization and problem solving skills.Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.BenefitsDavidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
