Regional Property ManagerRoundhouse is hiring a Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of multifamily communities across Montana, including Missoula, Billings, Kalispell, and Helena. You'll develop the Community Managers who run each site, own financial performance across the portfolio, and help shape its growth through acquisitions and dispositions. The role includes relocation assistance, bonus potential, a vehicle allowance, and a zero-cost employee medical plan.You don't run one property. You run a portfolio, and you set the standard every community answers to. You think in five-year capital plans and this-week problems at the same time. Reporting to the Director of Property Operations, you'll find opportunities to improve performance across every asset you oversee.
