Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school environment.
• Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and developing intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students’ cognitive, behavioral, and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support services.
• Offer individual and group counseling sessions to address emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing professional input and recommendations.
• Monitor student progress, maintain detailed documentation, and adjust interventions as needed throughout the school year.
• Serve as a resource for school staff regarding best practices in supporting students’ mental health and academic achievement.
