Finance Analyst (FIN00000151) Position Title Finance Analyst Classification Exempt Position Status Full Time Reports To Senior Manager, Finance Direct Reports None Role Objectives We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career professional to gain hands‑on exposure to core accounting processes within a dynamic, global consumer products environment. This role will support month‑end close, financial reporting, and operational accounting activities across multiple entities, while partnering cross‑functionally with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of accounting or finance experience (consumer products industry a plus) Understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP knowledge preferred) Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, JDE, SAP) is a plus High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Effective communication and teamwork skills Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Responsibilities Month‑End Close & Journal Entries Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, reclasses, and adjustments Support timely and accurate month‑end close processes across multiple entities Assist with revenue recognition and cost reclassification activities Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all entries Account Reconciliations Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Maintain schedules for accruals, prepaids, and other key accounts Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data Inventory & Cost Accounting Support Assist with inventory accounting, including reconciliations and adjustments Support inventory reserve and obsolescence analysis Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams on inventory-related matters Other Track cash movements and support intercompany transactions Provide support for treasury‑related activities as needed Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes Support internal and external audit requests This position description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the role. Salary Band USD $70,500 - $75,000 Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone and other office productivity machinery, may need to reach, stoop, kneel to access items. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. Light to moderate lifting is required. Frequently communicates with other employees and third‑parties, must be able to speak clearly and exchange accurate information. Regular, predictable attendance is required.
