Job Description The primary responsibility will be supporting the site's general accounting processes, inventory management (ensuring that inventory adjustments are booked promptly throughout the month), VAT reporting, and assisting the Finance Manager in implementing new accounting policies, processes, reporting, and controls. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Account Payable and accounts receivable management (billing and collection process). Fixed assets management & reporting and Account reconciliation. Support and assist in the month-end close process. Complete analysis, prepare journal entries, and analyze information for accuracy and completeness input into the system. Prepare forecasts and analyze trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions and other related areas. Assist departments in the formulation of their budgets. Review actual departmental expenses versus budget. Issue monthly variance statements. Prepare and analyze month-end and variance reports. Ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis of financial data. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferable in Finance, Accounting or related field. Alternatively, an equivalent level of education plus 2-5 years of relevant experience is required. Accounting experience or certification is a plus. Experience with “Exact Online” and/or other accounting package is a plus. Excellent analytical skills. The ability to communicate in English is also required.
