You will represent Kitchen Saver at assigned Lowe's and BJ's locations and at community events, build relationships with store teams and homeowners, and generate qualified appointments for our sales team.

This role is designed as an entry point to bigger opportunities. Strong performers may advance into leadership, marketing, or sales positions, with future earning potential of up to $120,000.

Compensation:

$20 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities: What you will do

• Develop strong working relationships with associates and leaders at your assigned Lowe's and BJ's locations so they understand our services and confidently refer customers.

• Deliver brief weekly Spotlight presentations that educate store teams about Kitchen Saver and keep our brand top of mind.

• Represent Kitchen Saver at weekend events and retail activations, engage homeowners in friendly conversations, qualify interest, and schedule in-home consultations.

• Maintain a professional, welcoming brand presence and follow all retailer, event, and company standards.

• Accurately enter leads, appointments, hours, mileage, and activity results, and use your performance data to improve.

• Transport, set up, maintain, and break down event materials and displays as needed.

• Communicate regularly with your supervisor and collaborate with marketing, call center, sales, and logistics team members.

Qualifications: What we are looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• One to three years of experience in sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions, events, or another customer-facing role.

• Confident, approachable communication skills and the ability to connect with customers and retail partners from a wide range of backgrounds.

• A dependable, self-directed work style. You will often represent the company independently in the field.

• Comfort working toward appointment, lead-generation, and relationship-building goals.

• Basic ability to use a smartphone, email, scheduling tools, and lead-entry systems.

Schedule travel and physical requirements

• Ability to work the required schedule, including Tuesdays, one additional weekday, and Friday through Sunday. Weekend availability is essential.

• Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation to transport display items, and a clean driving record.

• Ability and willingness to drive throughout an assigned territory within a 70-mile radius.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during retail shifts, presentations, and events.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and assist with event setup and breakdown.
