Marketing Integration Specialist

We’re hiring a Marketing Integration Specialist to help prepare advisory teams joining Verdence adopt our brand, tools, and marketing support. Verdence Capital Advisors is an independent, fiduciary private wealth advisory and multi-family office firm with $5.7 billion in assets under management. We have offices in Maryland, Virginia, Florida, Massachusetts, and New York. We serve families, executives, and business owners whose financial lives are complex. As we grow, advisory teams join us through acquisition. Every one of them takes on the Verdence name. The role You will manage the marketing side of each acquisition, from announcement through the team’s first year with us. You will help new advisors and staff adopt the Verdence brand, line up the resources they need, and get them back to serving clients quickly. We have a built-out integration framework and a transition tracking portal to keep your work on track. You will report to the CMO, learn the business from the inside, and help improve the process with each deal. You’ll join an in-house marketing team that works with outside creative and PR partners to produce a high volume of work. Day to day, you’ll work most with marketing, our transitions team, advisors, and operations, with regular contact with our investment team and executive leadership. What you’ll do Manage integration timelines and checklists for each new team through project management tools Coordinate client letters, press releases, website updates, bios, collateral, signage, and LinkedIn profiles so everything launches on time and on brand Help new advisors and staff learn the Verdence voice, visual identity, and marketing tools Work with outside partners in PR, web development, and design Route materials through compliance review before they go out Stay in touch with teams after launch and help them use our marketing resources Support continuous improvement of marketing integration processes, templates, tools, and documentation Room to grow Your first focus is integration. Once you’re comfortable there, you’ll have the chance to take on more across the marketing team. That can include helping behind the scenes when Verdence leaders appear on national news networks, supporting campaigns, content, and events, and learning how our marketing engine runs from strategy through production. What you bring Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic or Industrial Design, Business Administration or related field. 2 to 4 years in marketing, communications, or project coordination. Financial services or professional services experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills. You keep many projects and people moving at once. Sharp attention to detail. You catch the old logo, the outdated bio, and the missing disclosure. A marketing mind and a feel for brand. You understand why consistency builds trust. Strong relationship skills. You earn trust with team members arriving from other firms, and you serve as a steward of the Verdence brand as they settle in. You communicate clearly in writing and in conversation, with a calm, friendly approach. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva. WordPress experience is a plus. Comfort using AI as a thought partner in your daily work, and a curious mind. You know how to ask good questions, test the answers, and spot when something looks wrong. Interest in learning how a wealth management firm operates. You will sit at the center of Verdence’s growth. The compensation package for this position consists of a base salary, (with eligibility for an annual bonus/commissions if applicable) as well as eligibility to participate in all company benefits offered by VCA. This includes, but is not limited to medical, dental, and vision insurance (all employer-paid), disability and life insurance, 401k, educational assistance, wellness reimbursement, PTO, holidays, and parental leave. The salary range for this position will be $62,000 to $65,000. Salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, credentials, and geographical location of each candidate.
