You'll support inventory, shipping, and warehouse operations to ensure orders are picked accurately, packed correctly, and delivered on time. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build a career in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations. * Pick, pack, and ship domestic and international customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems.* Package products according to shipping requirements while ensuring order accuracy and quality standards are met.* Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory in the appropriate warehouse locations.* Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to help support daily operations.* Prepare shipping labels and process shipments through carriers such as FedEx and other transportation providers.* Operate warehouse equipment, including Work Assist Vehicle (WAV) lifts and barcode scanning equipment, in a safe and efficient manner.* Support inventory counts, warehouse organization, and continuous improvement activities to maintain an efficient work environment.* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace while following all quality and safety requirements. **What You Need** **Required*** High School Diploma or GED.* Experience operating a Work Assist Vehicle (WAV) lift and/or utilizing RF scanner technology.* Prior warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or distribution experience.* Basic computer skills and ability to navigate warehouse systems.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. **Preferred*** Experience with domestic and international shipping processes.* Experience using FedEx, UPS, or other shipping platforms.* Inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse auditing experience.* Experience working in a regulated manufacturing, medical device, or distribution environment. **Physical Requirements*** Ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds regularly throughout the workday.* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while processing orders and moving throughout the warehouse.* Ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed to retrieve and store inventory.* Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including WAV lifts and barcode scanning devices.* Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting shipping deadlines and customer commitments.* Must be willing and able to work overtime, including extended shifts and weekends, when business needs require additional support.* Must adhere to all safety requirements and wear required PPE when applicable.$21.80/hr plus bonus potential and benefits.Travel Percentage: 0%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
