Customer Service Representative – Bethlehem, GA (Job ID 146218) The Customer Service Representative welcomes patients and manages scheduling, phone lines, and various administrative tasks to support daily operations. Responsibilities Handle patient scheduling, appointments, and multi‑phone line operations Gather new patient data and maintain referral records Disseminate information to patients and act as liaison between patients and physicians Send and log reports sent to doctors Collect all payments and verify insurance Collect and distribute mail to appropriate staff Send benefits paperwork to billing companies Manage all scheduling and communication related to appointments Answer phones and respond to inquiries from potential or current patients Schedule evaluations, re‑evaluations, reminders, and cancellations Collect new patient intake information and track clinic referrals Fax reports to physicians and log incoming reports Verify insurance coverage and process copayments Check mail and track explanation of benefits sent to billing companies Communicate with the office manager and clinicians about scheduling and patient arrival Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Excellent communication, multitasking, and detail‑oriented skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic, integrity, and empathy toward people in pain H.S. graduate or GED certificate Dependable vehicle and up‑to‑date driver’s license Proficient at handling details, communicating, and multitasking Great demeanor, strong integrity, and compassion #J-18808-Ljbffr FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers
