Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in MN
• Preferred experience with middle and high school students (7th–12th grade)
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 33 students (grades 7–12)
• Manage an estimated 1,500–2,000 therapy minutes monthly
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Contribute to a supportive and creative school culture at one convenient location
