ERP Replacement Project Manager
Location: Morinville, Alberta, Canada, Onsite
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 3 Years
Must-Have Requirements
- 7+ years of progressively responsible project-management experience.
- Significant experience managing enterprise technology implementation projects within the public sector .
- Demonstrated experience leading ERP replacement projects within Canadian municipalities .
- Current PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
- Experience working with Canadian municipal governance, procurement, and decision-making environments .
- Experience working collaboratively with business and technology teams.
- Experience managing ERP vendors and external service providers.
- Experience providing strategic advice, recommendations, options, and decision support to senior administration, executive leadership, elected officials, or governing bodies.
- Organizational Change Management certification.
- Experience with large-scale ERP transformation.
- Experience with business-process modernization.
- Experience with ERP procurement and vendor evaluation.
- Experience with data migration, UAT, training, cutover, and go-live.
- Experience transitioning ERP solutions into ongoing operations.
Relevant education must be included on the resume, mandatory bachelor's or master's degree .
Mandatory certification – one of the following:
- PMP – Project Management Professional
- CAPM – Certified Associate in Project Management
- PRINCE2 Practitioner
