Marketing Specialist - Commercial Real Estate

In this role, you will Provide high-level support to commercial real estate brokerage producers. Engage in a well-rounded set of contributions for the brokerage team, including marketing, graphic design, project management, and administrative functions. Gain exposure to all aspects of the business by partnering with brokers, research, marketing, and client service coordinators to help the office achieve overall success. Work with client service coordinators and brokers to gather and curate content and execute marketing tactics, including brochure and flyer development, broker opinion of value, advertising, website edits, aerial and retail mapping, email marketing, social media tiles, and direct mail. Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with Colliers' Brand Guidelines. Work within a set of Colliers branded templates. What You'll Bring 3+ years of marketing services experience in the Commercial Real Estate field. Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Proficiency with intermediate functions in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Compensation Approximate salary range for this role: $70,304 to $85,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
