Certified Surgical Technologist - CVOR

Location: Lewisville, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule / Shift: Variable shift with call requirements.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist for our Cardiovascular Operating Room. The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of hospital experience and specialty in the surgical field. In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining the sterile field.
• Ensure all surgical instruments are accounted for before and after procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses and surgeons to facilitate a smooth surgical process.
• Participate in the inventory and management of surgical supplies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience and specialty.
• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
• Active Texas CST License (temporary licenses will not be accepted).
• BLS certification required.
