Parts Manager The Garcia Auto Group is hiring for Parts Manager. We are looking for an experienced Parts Manager to run a high volume dealership. Our candidate will have a proven track record of success as a leader of a Parts Department. Reynolds Experience a plus. This is a rare opportunity to join NM's largest, locally-owned auto group! You will Forecast goals and objectives for the parts department Hire, train, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff. Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments Create pricing guidelines for customer categories Monitor and adjust inventory Guarantee all parts are properly tagged Supervise stock order procedures Work closely with service manager and body shop manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed Provide technical assistance when necessary Enforce safety requirements Maintain a professional appearance.
