- Providing excellent customer service to clients in both English and Spanish
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate customer records and data
- Assisting with other customer service duties as needed
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (writing, reading, and speaking) is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Schedule is Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
- Pay rate is $19/hr.
- Position is temporary, and could be temp to hire based on company's hiring needs
