As a Customer Service Representative you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring their mortgage-related needs are met. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries related to their mortgage payments, taxes, and insurance, while providing a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Provide accurate information and assistance to borrowers in regard to their home loans Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy Document customer interactions and update account information accurately in the system Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and security when handling client information Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards Other job duties as assigned About Our Organization At our organization, we are dedicated to improving lives and strengthening Idaho communities.
